By accessing or using Process Mapper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Process Mapper is an AI-powered platform that conducts voice interviews with your team members, generates process maps, identifies automation opportunities, and produces implementation recommendations and agent briefs.
The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed when you conduct interviews, generate analysis, and create deliverables. Credit packages can be purchased through monthly subscriptions or one-time top-ups. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over unless specified in your plan.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including interview recordings, transcripts, uploaded documents, and organizational information. We claim no ownership over your content.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Process maps, opportunity scores, recommendations, and agent briefs generated by our AI are provided as analytical tools and suggestions. They should not be treated as professional consulting advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before making business decisions based on them.

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Process Mapper and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription term.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Process Mapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
