Process Mapper follows a three-phase approach to turn organizational knowledge into actionable transformation plans.
Phase 1: Discover

Interviews typically take 15–30 minutes per stakeholder. The AI generates real-time transcripts and identifies key process information as the conversation unfolds.
Phase 2: Analyze
Once interviews are complete, the platform automatically processes the transcripts to generate:

- Swimlane Diagrams — visual maps showing cross-functional handoffs

Phase 3: Transform
